Information Collection and Use

Information collected on this site will not be sold, shared or rented to others.

Account Data

'e-Consultacy Access' requests information from account holders on the account opening form. Here users must provide contact information, including e-mail address, country of origin, name or nickname, a password and a personal expression, and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date or other electronic payment system data). This information is used for processing transactions to open an account and to verify requests for password recovery. If we encounter difficulties in processing account data, this information is used to get in touch with the account holder.

Account Deposit

'e-Consultancy Access' provides information on each transaction the account holder initiates at the site. All changes in the amount of credits available to the account holder as a result of such transactions are presented for confirmation and processed after confirmation. Notification on account data is fully automated and use of these data is possible for the account holder only. In case of differentiation between the account holder and 'e-Consultancy Access' the data as presented to and confirmed by the account holder that are stored are taken as reference and held to be valid. On taking an account users agree with these procedures.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the customer's hard drive containing information about the user. By installing a cookie on the site, users will not have to provide account details every time they visit the site or initiate a transaction. Cookies are stored on the account holder's computer only. 'e-Consultancy Access' has no means to approach their content.

Log data

'e-Consultancy Access' uses data on account holders only to administer the site, analyze trends and -generally- for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

This site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Users should be aware when they click a link to another site and leave 'e-Consultancy Access' to read the privacy statements of such sites if they were to collect personally identifiable information. The privacy statement you are inspecting now applies solely to information collected by 'e-Consultancy Access'.

Security

'e-Consultancy Access' takes every precaution to protect account holders' information. When our business process requires users to provide sensitive information (such as a credit card number and password) that information is encrypted and protected with SSL software. Account holders will be notified on the site of new steps taken to advance security even further.

Notification of Changes

If we deem changes in our privacy policy to be neccessary, we will post a message accordingly on the Home Page. Also, visitors holding an account will be notified by way of an e-mail. We will use any information on account holders only in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. Holders of current accounts will have a choice as to whether or not they will comply with changes in our privacy policy.
